Criminal Charges, June 4, 2010
Fellow Citizens:
I come before you to announce that I have filed criminal charges against three citizens today on behalf of the government. You will be able to view these filings in the forum of the General Court later today.
I have charged the citizen CyberOnWheels with three violations of the site’s Terms and Conditions pertaining to pornography, excessive profanity, and engaging in an activity which could potentially disrupt the user experience.
Many of you are aware of the sick comment posted by CyberOnWheels yesterday in the presidential candidate’s debate forum. If not, and would like to read it, it is comment # 17. I have been asked by a number of citizens to take action in regards to this, and I now have. I think almost all citizens agree that there is no place in Titulia for this kind of malicious activity.
The other criminal charges I have filed today will no doubt have detractors; most notably, the citizens charged and their friends. And unlike the charge against CyberOnWheels, the other charges were requested by just one citizen. But I felt compelled to act on this citizen’s request, particularly when I took into consideration the fact that former Attorney General William Tvarivich had previously concluded that the government was in possession of enough evidence to take these other charges to the General Court.
Therefore, I have filed criminal charges against Tom Norton and Lea Carmody in connection with the theft and trafficking of private and confidential records and deliberations which were stolen from the password-protected site of The East Titulia Company.
Ms. Carmody has been charged with theft, trafficking in stolen property, and two violations of the Titulia Terms and Conditions section forbidding any activity aimed at accessing confidential information, especially personal data of other users, and any activity potentially resulting in the disruption of the user experience.
Mr. Norton has been charged with receiving stolen property, trafficking in stolen property, and one violation of the Titulia Terms and Conditions section forbidding any activity potentially resulting in the disruption of the user experience.
As I previously noted, the details of these filings will be available for viewing in the forum of the General Court later today.
Naturally, the timing of these filings will be questioned, and some people will no doubt view these filings as having a political motivation. I want to assure the republic there were no political motivations behind my acting on the citizen’s decision to press these charges at this time. I am simply doing my job, in the absence of an attorney general.
But I did weigh the political considerations of these filings because the two citizens charged are running on a ticket together for the presidency and vice presidency of Titulia. Ultimately, it seemed that the republic should be informed that Mr. Norton and Ms. Carmody were facing these charges prior to the opening of the polls, rather than not be informed.
As for the timing of the charges, only the citizen who decided to press them can answer those questions, as well as whether his decision was politically motivated.
Thank you for your time and attention on these matters.
For the republic,
President William D. Money

And dream on about us dealing with you. As I said before, you are the one person who will not be allowed in Codexico City, for sure.
Norton, you were censured by the republic for your despicable death wish against the Chief Justice in a near-unanimous vote. You are delusional, dude. You are the single most despised person in the history of the republic. You lie, you cheat, you steal. You wish death on people over something in an imaginary republic. If this were the real world, you would have been locked up a long time ago. But keep on lying, pally. That's your thang, after all. And keep thinking you're some kind of hero. I'm sure that's what gets you through your pathetic excuse for a life.
Who said I was a criminal? The Linardists did. I'm standing against you now and I'm still a criminal. Maybe if I did a few deals with you I'd be the best guy on the planet, huh D?
Yeah Punky Brewster Jr, that's right. You couldn't get to me so you threw a few sparks. Even before I slammed your brakes on you were crying about everything from my sponsoring Steven's business - which you threatened him over claiming some bogus propriety obligation - all the way to my campaign for the Vice Presidency before I even laid a finger against your party.
Forget the song .. time you got a new playbook. The stunts you fellas pulled - including ex parte conversations over cases in your little playhouse and the gross disregard for government office - makes our one-stint push to free up this place from your games a dogeared, historical footnote on a dusty old page.
Linardist corruption? ROFLMAO. Norton, you're the damn criminal. No amount of words will change that, you coward. And Merry, try singing a news song. You're a broken record.
Right so no Linardists got to court then? Business as usual.
Good on you, Bill. The more of this we see the more justified the action against the corruption of the Linardist Party. You've made my day.
Have you got problems you need to talk about COW? There is people out there you know...
You can't lock me up or send me to court you limpdicked bastard! FUCK! Does your courthouse even have a ramp?
