The directive of March 30th, 2009. “As of today, the Administrator of Titulia, in line with Article VI. Section 2 of the Constitution, officially delegates judicial
power to the General Court of Titulia, recently established by the government, to resolve disputes between Titulian citizens, companies and organizations.
The Administrator of Titulia will restrict themselves to the role of appellate court.”
