Proposition for a temporary freeze on change requests.
List of propositionsThat a temporary injunction be placed on all change requests which would require Admins involvement.
During the coming period of change in the site it is important that we have a singular and solid vision for Admin of the changes the people would like for the site. This proposition does not seek a end to discussion of those ideas but a pause to multiple unrelated and piecemeal change requests being made for a period of time until we have attempted to form a singular publicly discussed, agreed and compromised document for admin on what we would wish for the site in a number of areas including the economy, the city, the proposition system and entities.
This proposition does not include changes to codified law or the constitution or any proposition that does not include Admins involvement.

| Ok ive no problem with changing the wording in substantive. | |

| Alright, Gerry, sounds good to me. I would suggest including language in substantive phase that allows petitions for Admin to consider, but you can rest assured that this bill will have my full support. | |

| Well thats exactly the point Alex. Essentially I am calling for us to come up with one discussed and agreed vision for the site from ALL the people or as many as a majority can agree to accept after consultation among the people rather than throwing 50 contradictory change requests their way with no real common vision of what we want underlining them...... We need to give admin a chance to see exactly what we want when we petition them rather than a lot of smaller fractured pictures of what we want. A singular vision for the future of the site if you will which will involve compromise from all parties. | |

| If this bill were passed into substantive phase, would we still be able to petition Admin to consider certain changes when creating the new site? This is my only concern. | |
